1. What personal information we collect

This is the type of personal information we collect about you:

  • Your name, age/date of birth and gender;

  • Your contact details: postal address including billing and delivery addresses, telephone numbers (including mobile numbers) and e-mail address;

  • Purchases and orders made by you;

  • Your communication and marketing preferences;

  • Your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses;

  • Your location;

  • Your correspondence and communications with Infinitude Coaching;

  • Other publicly available personal data, including any which you have shared via a public platform (such as a LinkedIn);

  • Confidential notes written in a coaching session to support the delivery of coaching services.

2. How your personal information is collected

The personal information we store about you is what you have directly shared with us through the course of engaging coaching services or by completing a form on our website.

3. How your personal information is used

We use information held about you in the following ways:

  • To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us and to provide you with the information, products and services that you request from us;

  • To provide you with information about other goods and services that we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about;

  • To notify you about changes to our service;

  • To keep Eva Ritchie’s International Coach Federation (ICF) credential up to date.

4. How long your personal information is stored for

Your personal information is held for different lengths of time:

  • Coaching notes will be kept for a maximum of 12 months after the coaching has finished;

  • Financial information / invoices will be kept for seven years, to comply with HMRC Requirements;

  • E-mail exchanges between us will be kept for ten years, unless you ask for them to be deleted sooner;

  • Your name and email address will be kept in Eva Ritchie’s ICF Coaching Log for as long as she is a credentialed coach for. 

5. Disclosure of your personal information to third parties

We will not disclose your personal information to third parties other than the following:

  • Where you have agreed to sharing such information;

  • Associates, suppliers and sub-contactors for the performance of any contract we enter into with you;

  • Analytics and search engine providers that assist us with the improvement and optimisation of our site;

  • Governmental bodies, regulators, law enforcement agencies, courts/tribunals and insurers where we are required to do so.

6. Security of your personal information

Security measures include: 

  • Encryption and two-factor authentication for electronic data;

  • Strict controls for both physical and electronic files;

  • Regular reviews of data held;

  • Explicit confidentiality contracting.

7. Your Data Subject Rights

You have the following rights:

  • The right to ask what personal data that we hold about you at any time, where and for what purpose it is used;

  • The right to ask us to update and correct any out-of-date or incorrect personal data that we hold about you;

  • The right to be forgotten.  You can seek to have personal data we hold on your to be erased;

  • The right to opt out of any marketing communications that we may send you;

  • The right to complain to the regulator about a data protection issue: ICO.
