The following describes a typical coaching journey for my clients, but each journey is bespoke to your unique circumstanced and needs.
Enquire

First, we will connect with your untapped strengths, unrealised resources and increase your appreciation of your values to develop resilience, motivation and confidence to create the change you desire. At this stage a self-assessment against any relevant organisational framework can also be informative, as well as 360 feedback.

Energise
overcoming obstacles
Next, we will tackle any internal barriers you may face, such as self-doubt, and develop a practical, realistic and energising plan to achieve your goals. Part of this stage will involve exploring your support network inside and outside your organisation to help provide crucial support and feedback.

Empower
design your best life
Finally, to support you to create lasting change, to build your confidence and capabilities, you will experiment with your plan in between sessions, and share your learnings in our remaining sessions to refine and develop your strategies.

4-6 hour long virtual sessions, usually over 6-9 months (in person in Bristol is possible)
