At this stage a self-assessment against any relevant organisational framework can also be informative, as well as 360 feedback.

Energise

overcoming obstacles

Next, we will tackle any internal barriers you may face, such as self-doubt, and develop a practical, realistic and energising plan to achieve your goals. Part of this stage will involve exploring your support network inside and outside your organisation to help provide crucial support and feedback.

Finally, to support you to create lasting change, to build your confidence and capabilities, you will experiment with your plan in between sessions, and share your learnings in our remaining sessions to refine and develop your strategies.

What’s included in your coaching?

  • 4-6 hour long virtual sessions, usually over 6-9 months (in person in Bristol is possible)
