About Eva

I help leaders think differently, act authentically, and lead with impact — a focus that grew out of my own years navigating corporate life.

Over 14 years in leadership roles at PA Consulting, St. James’s Place, and Osborne Clarke, I saw first-hand how the best leaders bring both head and heart to their work. That experience inspired me to retrain in behavioural science and coaching, combining evidence-based insight with practical leadership experience.

Today, as an ICF Professional Certified Coach with 1,000+ coaching hours, I draw on Positive Psychology, Transactional Analysis, and Cognitive Behavioural Coaching to help leaders unlock clarity, confidence, and courage.

I also deliver leadership and talent development programmes, as well as executive coaching, for Ivy House. You can learn more about their programmes here.

My clients — including Deloitte, L’Oreal, Heathrow and NHS England, Bristol Water, Specsavers, Aspen Insurance, and Oxford Metrics — describe my style as grounded, insightful, and thought-provoking — creating space for fresh thinking and meaningful action.

My Approach

Real change doesn’t come from a single insight — it comes from embedding new ways of thinking and behaving every day. My work blends empathy and rigour, underpinned by evidence-based tools from behavioural science.

I draw on three key disciplines:

Positive Psychology – building resilience, strengths, optimism, and wellbeing so leaders can perform sustainably under pressure.

Transactional Analysis – helping leaders recognise patterns in how they think, feel, and interact, unlocking more effective communication and relationships.

Cognitive Behavioural Coaching – challenging unhelpful beliefs and reframing mindsets to create confidence, authority, and lasting behaviour change.

Together, these approaches create spaces that are both supportive and stretching, where leaders gain deep self-awareness, experiment with new behaviours, and make shifts that endure well beyond the coaching room or workshop.
